I’m Jeff, and I like to play outside. This most often takes the form of excessive amounts of running in really delightful places. I was born and raised in Havertown, PA, where I found my love for running in middle school and high school cross country. I transitioned to trail/ultra running during college at St. Lawrence University in northern New York, where I studied conservation biology. After graduating in 2016, I spent several years working seasonal biology jobs across the western US. I lived in a very unglamorous van, worked long days, and ran a ton. In 2019, I moved to Missoula, Montana to be surrounded by great trails and great people. If I’m not running, you can find me working as a running coach, river surfing, fly fishing, skiing, gravel biking, or adding another new hobby to the list. I run professionally for On Running and coach with Alpine Running Guides.
